Class Policies 

Registration

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Please use the online form to complete your registration. A full refund will be given if you withdraw before the first class of the session. Once the session has started refunds/credits cannot be offered for missed classes. Please understand that your class registration is a commitment and that we order supplies and sign rental agreements for our class spaces based on that commitment. If you are unable to attend class for any reason, a make up class will be offered provided there is space available. Families who are unable to attend a make up class will be offered. If your family experiences a severe illness or other special circumstance causing you to miss multiple classes, please email ToniMarieTheOT@gmail.com to discuss your individual circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

Class Cancellations

Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather, instructor illness, and for other extraordinary circumstances. Should it be necessary to cancel your class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email and/or text with the information used on your registration form. 
 

Missed Classes

Kids get sick, things come up - I get it! Classes can be canceled with 24 hours notice. If you cancel, Please EMAIL ToniMarieTheOT@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advanced to cancel your class. If a child is sick or other unforeseen circumstance, Make-up classes must be taken within 90 days of cancelled class. Unfortunately there will be no make-up for "No-Show/No Notice"

Drop Ins

Drop ins are offered pending availability. Priority registration is given to families signing up for the full session. Please email ToniMarieTheOT@gmail.com with requested Drop In Date and I will confirm availability. Once availability is confirmed, you may submit payment to secure your family's spot in class. All drop in spots must be signed up and confirmed at least 24 hours before class. Once confirmed, drop in fees are nonrefundable. If for some reason your family is no longer able to attend the scheduled class, every effort will be made to accommodate a make up class.
 

Health Policy

The health and safety of all participating families is a top priority, so we take precautions to ensure the cleanliness of our meeting spaces and materials to limit exposure to germs. Each sensory station will consist of brand new or freshly sanitized materials. All cleaning products are EPA registered for effectiveness and child safe. Cleaning solution and hand sanitizer are available throughout class for your use as well. If anyone in the household is experiencing any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, diarrhea, vomiting, congestion, loss of taste or smell, etc. Please stay home from class and contact Toni for an alternate option (make up class or personalized sensory bin).
